How do I modify a reservation?

In order to modify a reservation, all you have to do is find the confirmation e-mail containing your reservation form and click on the link. Then click on “Modify this reservation”.

A new reservation will have to be made. 

In case of a higher amount, you will have to pay the difference.

In case of a surplus, you will be reimbursed within a maximum period of one month.

At the end of the transaction, you will receive a new confirmation e-mail.

The initial reservation will thus be cancelled.

How do I cancel a reservation?

In order to cancel a reservation, all you have to do is find the confirmation e-mail and click on the link. Then click on “Cancel this reservation”.

You will be fully reimbursed, if the legal withdrawal period of 14 days is not exceeded, by a credit directly made to your bank account (the account linked to the credit card indicated during the reservation procedure).

If you cancel after the 14-day withdrawal period, €10.00 will be charged for application fees and will be deducted from the refund. 

If the cancellation takes place less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, 50% of the price will be withheld.

Any reservation cancelled on the scheduled day will be fully charged.

When you arrive, you can park at our parking P3.

What do I have to do to arrive at the business centre?

Go to the information desk in the hall to receive the keys to the room. Our receptionists will take you there.
